Nishitetsu Resort Inn Beppu

Nice hotel with efficient Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage. The staff once helped my elderly parents with kindness, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend trying the onsen for relaxation. I'm coming back for a weekend!

The rooms were new-fashioned and practical, included central heating, TV and a refrigerator. Private bathrooms, that included an outside bath, were cleaned daily. The location was marvellous and stunning in a great area, adjacent to the shopping mall YouMe and shopping centre and coffee shop located the opposite street and Youme Department store.

We appreciated its particularly good and delicious breakfasts!

Overall it was a very good stay with good value and recommended🙂

the hotel has a great hot spring facility on the second floor. the room next to the elivator was a bit noisy.

Nishitetsu is a nice hotel just 10 minutes from the train station. The onsen was really enjoyable, with a warm indoor tub and hotter outdoor one. Breakfast had a great selection of japanese dishes. It felt cozy enough for our family of four and was very clean.

the onsen could use some skin products, but the room was cozy and clean. check-in was fast and the breakfast had local dishes and decent coffee, also the public bath was really spacious and relaxing.

We enjoyed the spacious economy twin room. The onsen was relaxing, and the hotel's location close to the train station made it easy to explore attractions. Don't miss the Beppu tour. It was a highlight!

In my wife's opinion, more dining options for kids would be great.

Solo traveler's good experience

The hotel onsen was super, really enjoyable! I found the staff friendly and helpful, especially when they explained the laundry service which was pretty handy after a long day.

It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable.

The proximity to the train station makes this hotel very convenient for travelers, and the onsen bath provided a refreshing start to each day. Breakfast offerings were diverse, and I particularly enjoyed the smoked salmon. Offering local tour suggestions. The room could have used more soundproofing, as external noise was noticeable at times. While the facilities were mostly clean, some areas showed signs of wear and could benefit from updates.

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk from Yufuin and a shopping center. There is also a coffee shop across the street and a beach nearby. the staff are efficient.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station and bus stop, making it easy to access shops, arcades, a convenience store, a mall. the rooms are practical, modern, and offer a beautiful sea view. Additionally, each room is equipped with tea making facilities.

Enjoyed having carpet in our rooms 😊. the staff here was all super friendly and made sure to take good care of us during our stay.

This place is clean and convenient in a lovely building, offering tasty breakfast with a variety of western dishes, however, drinks tend to run out frequently.
